Our preference if you must cancel is that you reschedule your booking to a different time. However, in the event that you are not able to do so, the following policy will apply:
If you wish to book multiple rooms for an event, we require a deposit equivalent to one full room’s payment. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made on the same day as your event. Should you give us 24-hour’s notice, you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to make a single room booking over the phone or have already paid online, we require a credit card number to hold the room for you. In the event of a same day cancellation you will be charged a $40 base fee. Should you fail to come to your booking without notifying us, no refund will be given. If you give us 24 hour’s notice of your cancellation you will not be charged.
