We try to accommodate walk-ins when possible; however, we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available. We suggest you book a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
We allow bookings of 2-8 people. Capacity limitations are decided based upon the size and complexity of our rooms.
Bookings are private. We will not add additional players to fill any remaining spots.
Ideally you should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your start time we unfortunately may no longer be able to accomodate your booking. At that time we will help you to reschedule your booking to a later time and/or date.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of having fun! We have a cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to reschedule or receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a forfeiture of payment. If you have further questions or concerns regarding this policy feel free to reach out to us.
All of our rooms are family friendly and are suitable for all ages. Children younger than 13 are required to have an adult attend with them (you may wait in our waiting area if you do not wish to participate in the booking). Our staff are happy to provide support and guidance to players of all ages!
There is a modest parking lot just outside with no parking fees as well as street parking with and without fees.
Individuals who use mobility aids will be accomodated to the best of our abilities. Please contact us if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding any accessibility needs (e.g., visual impairments, mobility or motor issues, etc.) and we will be happy to work with you to have the best experience possible!
